Fractional Co-Ownership
Boheme Retreats is launching an investment club for fractional co-ownership of a 125-acre waterfront property in New York's Catskill Mountains.
Fractional co-ownership allows multiple investors to collectively own a single asset in this case, land. Club members share in both the ownership and potential value creation of the property as we develop it into a premier outdoor hospitality destination.
This model provides access to real estate investment that would typically require significant individual capital, while building a community of co-owners who share our vision for inclusive outdoor hospitality.
