Ways to Get to Boheme Retreats 
Greene County, NY

Take the Bus

Traveling from NYC? Take a Trailways bus from Port Authority to Catskill, NY, followed by a taxi or prearranged car service to the property near Oak Hill. Because rideshare availability can be limited, we recommend arranging transportation in advance.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive by bus so we can help you coordinate local transportation.

Retrofolk campers receive complimentary shuttle transportation from the Catskill bus stop to camp.

By Car

Oak Hill is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from New York City. Detailed directions and the property address will be provided before your stay. We recommend using GPS and downloading your route in advance, as cell service can be limited in some areas.

What's included in your camper

All Boheme Retreats campers have electric and running water, we include beds, linens, kitchenette with stove, sink, refigerator, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, coffee, and tea. All campers have a small rv bathroom with shower and toilet.  Please look at pictures of your camper bathroom, some have a wetbath.

There is also a bath house on site.

Please keep in mind both Rosa and Zora have celing heights listed, showing the tallest point in the camper.

Outside your camper

Each lodging unit has a outdoor seating area. We include a picnic table, 2 chairs, firepit with grill top

30 min sauna session included in your stay.

Creek Access

The property is on the Catskill creek. We have tubes avaialble for guest. Fishing is permitted just have your fishing permit handy.

Cancellation Policy (Regular Stays)

Your reservation must be canceled 14 or more days prior to check-in to receive a full refund to the method of payment used to book your reservation. Changes may be made for free up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Last minute requests that less than 14 days prior to arrival to reschedule booking dates will include a $100 service fee.

Pet Policy (regular stays)

Well-behaved pups may accompany their owners for an additional fee of $50.00 per stay, 1 dog maximum with a 50lb maximum weight . Pets must never be left alone in the lodging units. Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time. Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.

Release of Liability

By booking your stay with Boheme Retreats you will be required to sign a camping waiver to particpate in camping activies on the premisis. *Door Code to lodging unit will not be provided without a signed waiver*

You fully understand that: you are aware and understand that the Activity involves an element of risk of accidents, injury and/or death and/or property damage. You acknowledge that any injuries that I sustain may be compounded by negligent emergency response or rescue operations of the Company or otherwise. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Activities with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, death or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise.
You hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known in any jurisdiction throughout the world, against the Company, and their employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), including, without limitation, any and all claims on account of injury, disability, economic loss and property damage which are arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Activity, whether arising out of the negligence of the Company or any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Company or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge the Company and all other Releasees from liability
under such claims.
