EMBODY YOUR POWER: Sacred Journey into Yoga
You will be held in a safe and sacred space to discover empowering tools for self-regulation of your nervous system, so if you never practice yoga, this is a perfect way to start!
In a 60 minutes experience, you will be guided inside your body through conscious movement and breathing to shift from the “fight or flight” response due to stress factors into the “rest & digest” mode. It will allow you to take decisions from a place of ease and clarity.
SOMATIC MEDITATION: Release stress
You will be held in a safe and sacred space, guided step by step to feel grounded inside your body and become aware of the sensations that arise, bringing you back to taste the peace of the present moment.
We will support you be more mindful about living in the present moment.
