Join us for 2 days and 3 nights at a one of a kind SPARŚA Yoga Retreat two hours north of NYC in Livingston Manor, New York. We will have yoga classes every morning and evening, mid day guided art meditations as well as hiking and swimming around the camp grounds. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Dinner will be DIY which you can either cook in your camper, over your camp fire right outside the camper or in town at one of the amazing restaurants in Livingston Manor. We have room for 8 community members on the retreat. We encourage friends or couples to book an entire camper but we can also match up individuals to share a camper.
